Engagement/Governance Structure
This graphic shows all the key stakeholders in the process and how they connected and collaborated on this process. We held meetings, conducted interviews, and reached out to help build a network ready to implement the plan.

Phases of Engagement

Phase I wrapped up in December 2022. In Phase I we met with groups and made connections for future stages.
In Phase II, we largely engaged online through a survey to get feedback to support strategy development and prioritization, but continuing to get the word out to more folks that this process is happening and with an invitation to join us if they’re interested.
In Phase III, we returned to the folks we talked to in Phases I and II to report back on what we heard, what we did with the information, and we heard feedback on what we developed.
