Todd Tanner  is the ReUse program coordinator at the University of Minnesota. The ReUse program salvages discarded materials from across campus from ending up in landfills or incinerators. Todd graduated with a degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota, and has worked as a US Army Reserve Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Communications for the 13th PSYOPS Battalion, as well as for the Met Council. In addition to the ReUse program, Todd is also currently the President of ReUSE Minnesota, a nonprofit trade association.
